Terrible customer service. Rush ordered a bimini over a month ago so my wife and family could enjoy my boat with me. My order was shipped late TWICE. When I finally received my bimini two weeks later than promised, it was missing hardware. I have been calling multiple times a week for over two weeks and still do not have the hardware. Finally had enough of trying to get the missing hardware and requested a refund that was agreed to, yet I still have not received any confirmation or funds. I will be filing with BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!! They have no idea what the products are or anything about them. They are simply drop shipping from the manufacturer.
