I have been a customer of Shree Durga Industries - India for several years now and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The quality of their products is decent, but there have been a few instances where I received defective items. The customer service is satisfactory, although I have noticed some delays in resolving issues. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to do business with.
