My recent trip with this train company was quite disappointing. The train was delayed, the staff seemed unmotivated, and the overall experience was subpar. I expected better service from Sms Rail Lines. However, the ticket prices were reasonable, but that doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism. Hopefully, they can improve their services in the future.
