The customer service provided by Krishna Sai Granites (KSG) was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they didn't go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The quality of their products was good, but I was expecting something more exceptional considering the price. Overall, KSG is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
