I am a customer of Sundown Rvrside Condo Association INC and I have to say my experience with them has been average. The communication and responsiveness from the company could be improved. They often take longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and sometimes don't even address my concerns properly. However, the maintenance of the condo complex is decent and they do a good job of keeping the amenities clean.
