Rooms were a bit tight but solid. Modern and up to date amenities. The signal in the hotel is awful. Couldn't get texts or Wi-Fi to work consistently. And that was not just for me but a bunch of conference goers. Parking is way too expensive per night. The front desk staff were hit and miss. Some were nice and fast. But others either were new and didn't know what to do. That occurred from calling prior to the stay for an invoice for booking through checkout. Not just for me but for my group of 6. Me personally I paid with a check but my card on file was also charged and a hold for the full amount even though they already had the check for the full amount. Either way, the location is pretty central and surrounded by a lot of good eats and connected to the prudential center mall. Go to Eataly.
