I recently had some electrical work done at my home. The service provided by the electricians was decent and the price was fair. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. They didn't provide updates on the progress of the work and I had to reach out to them for any information. Overall, the job was done satisfactorily, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
