I have been a customer of Pcs for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they have a decent range of products, their prices are on the higher side compared to their competitors. The staff is polite but not always very knowledgeable. Overall, my experience with Pcs has been satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement.
