I can't believe how unprofessional the paralegal I...

I can't believe how unprofessional the paralegal I spoke to was to me...I truly never had an issue until today..I'm not happy with this matter and I'm hoping to speak to someone with higher position that knows how to talk to people without an attitude or yelling..I'm hoping that call was recording because I'm getting to the bottom of this. I'm truly upset!
