Although the service provided by Hmg Benelux Gmbh was not up to my expectations, it was not terrible either. It was just average. The customer support was prompt in addressing my concerns but the quality of the product was not as great as I had hoped. The delivery was on time and the website was easy to navigate. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
