I have been a customer of Carroll Australasia Pty. Ltd. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. I have had both positive and negative experiences with them. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries. The quality of their products is also hit or miss. Overall, I would say that Carroll Australasia is an okay company.
