I have been a customer of Boontie for several years now, and I must say that the overall experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate, the products are of good quality, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries, which can be frustrating. However, their prices are competitive, and they often have great discounts and promotions available.
