I have been a customer of Bakrie Telecom for several years now and overall I am satisfied with their services. The network coverage is generally good and the internet speeds are decent. The customer support could be more responsive at times, but they do try their best to resolve issues. Bakrie Telecom is a reliable option for a telecom provider.
