I had an average experience with Bonfire Marketing CO. While their social media strategies were effective, I found their communication to be inconsistent. There were times when they were quick to respond and address my concerns, but other times it took them a while to get back to me. Their expertise is commendable, but their customer service needs improvement. Overall, an average experience.
