I have been a customer of Ven line c.a. for several years and I must say that their service is average. Although they deliver on time most of the time, their customer support is lacking. The representatives are not very knowledgeable and it takes a while to get a satisfactory resolution to any issues that arise. Overall, I would recommend Ven line c.a. if you are looking for an average shipping company.
