I had an average experience with K m flooring. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the quality of the work was just okay. There were some areas where the flooring was not installed properly and it started to come loose after a few months. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get it fixed. Overall, I would say they are decent, but not exceptional.
