I have been a member of Minneapolis Rowing Club for a few years now and I must say that the experience has been average. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly, but there is room for improvement in terms of coaching. The coaches are knowledgeable, but their communication skills could be better. Overall, it's a decent club to be a part of.
