Steve was thorough and explained every thing he was looking for; why it was or wasn't good. Completely unbiased.

He saved me from purchasing a home that had a fire from the basement all the way through to the attic.. he noticed that the seller had tried to cover it up in the basement.. by the time we got to the attic there was no denying that there had been a devastating fire.

I used his company once more on the home I currently own. I can't say enough good things about him. His thorough inspection saved me from what could have been a huge.. huge mistake.

We are now in our "forever" home (according to the wife) thanks to Steve. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends and anyone looking to purchase a home. Don't use a realtor recommended inspector... get Steve; do it right the first time!
