Woman Maggie working on my case has been very diligent in getting all the facts, and has called several times and given her extension so I'm able to speak with someone since the other number directs you online and I could never reach anyone for issues with my case. Hoping things will be resolved today and feel the efficiency, accuracy and attentiveness were more than I was expecting given the review here... but I guess I'm just lucky? Or maybe I'm competent on my end and so is the state of CT! Feel blessed to live in a state with so much help to get one through a difficult and scary patch like unemployment!!
