I have mixed feelings about my experience with Nimbyx. While their website is user-friendly and the products are satisfactory, I have encountered some issues with their customer support team. On a few occasions, it took longer than expected to receive a response and the follow-up process was not smooth. However, I appreciate their efforts to improve their services and I hope that their customer support team becomes more efficient in the future.
