I recently used Jem systems for my home security system installation. The service was average, nothing extraordinary. The technician arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took multiple tries to reach them on the phone, and they were not very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, the experience was just satisfactory.
