READ!!!!!! Today we go back to one star, talk to BEAR at the service department to install a hardware kit that I bought from them and he gives me an appointment for one hour and tell I'm good to go. When I get to the dealership he tells that is going to take two hours and a half I'm like ok, I'm already here let's get it done. Waited for like half and hour the service manager comes and talk to me and tells me that is going to take 6hrs to install the hardware kit. At this point I'm like dude why there's always an issue with the service department here and I let him know. The reason I get mad is because they tell me one thing one day and they change it because their employee misunderstood and assume it was just the caps that I never mention anything about caps by the way. After all the money I spend in this dealership they can't get it right in the service department. My Road King is the second motorcycle I buy from them and when their employees make a mistake no one hold them accountable and I have to go get soaked and go home without my parts install because they assume it was one thing and they made a mistake not me and they don't even try to fix it. From now on I'll take the drive to pueblo or take it to a small shop. Stay away from the service department.
