Applied for a job with COR Management. Arrived to ...

Applied for a job with COR Management. Arrived to find a dozen other applicants waiting in a tiny waiting room. Apparently we were all scheduled to interview at the same time. Only one lady was conducting the interviews (she also doubled as the receptionist). She then asked applicants to come back two at a time for joint interviews (no prior mention of this). Once in the interview, it became clear the job was not even remotely close/similar to the description in the job posting online. The interviewer basically pitted me against the other applicant. We each took turns answering irrelevant questions and awkwardly trying to sell ourselves as the best candidate while the other sat there watching. It was the strangest, most disorganized and flat out disrespectful job interview I ve ever been to. Afterwards, me and the other guy who interviewed jointly with me walked out to our cars and chatted about our bizarre experience. We both regretted applying for the job. It was two hours of my life I ll never get back. This was my only interaction with COR Management, but I suspect if this is how they run their hiring process and treat prospective employees, they probably run their business in a similarly disorganized, chaotic and terrible fashion. I certainly wouldn t do business with them in any capacity.
