I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that Bugg Control INC is doing an average job. Their service is okay, nothing extraordinary. I've seen better, but I've also seen worse. The technicians are professional and polite, and they do a decent job of getting rid of pests. However, I've had to call them back a few times because the problem wasn't completely solved. Overall, I would rate them as average.
