I had a mixed experience with Aerial7. Some aspects of their service were great, but others left much to be desired. The product quality was excellent, and I was impressed with the design and functionality of their headphones. However, their customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order, and it took multiple attempts to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate my experience with Aerial7 as average.
