I can t say we had a very good experience here. They offered me a second fob for the two year old car we purchased and when I was on the way to get it (1.30 hours one way) they called and cancelled half way there. They rescheduled and we waited another week. When we got to the dealership the locksmith had ordered the wrong fob and after waiting over three hours they finally told us. We were very unhappy as they should have told us as soon as they knew instead of making us wait. Once again they rescheduled and we returned the third time to get the fob. The locksmith had no idea how to program it and once again we waited for hours. Finally I demanded to know what was happening! Locksmith had left with the fob and we had been waiting over three hours. We had to personally go find the locksmith to get the fob and drive to another dealership and get the fob programmed. Omg. They finally admitted they were looking for an entirely different car. What a cluster!!!
