Alleghany County Rescue Squad provided me with assistance during a medical emergency, and while their service was satisfactory, it fell short of my expectations. The paramedics were professional but lacked the warmth and compassion I have experienced with other emergency medical service providers. While the response time was reasonable, the overall experience was merely average. I would recommend Alleghany County Rescue Squad as a backup option, but there may be better choices available.
