I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Norchem, and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The products were of good quality, but the customer service could have been better. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I was looking for. However, when I called to ask a question, the representative seemed a bit impatient. I hope they work on improving their customer service for a better experience.
