I recently used the services of a company that specializes in lifts, and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was easy enough to navigate, and I appreciated the information provided about the different types of lifts available. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while to get a response to my initial inquiry, and the communication throughout the process could have been better. Additionally, I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the lift that was installed. It functioned as expected, but it didn't have any extra features or innovative designs that set it apart from other lifts I have seen. Overall, the experience was okay, but nothing exceptional.
