I recently used this company's services for my tax and financial needs, and I must say, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the clear information provided. However, the overall service lacked a personal touch. I felt like just another customer in their system, and the communication could have been more proactive. The response time to my inquiries was not as prompt as I would have liked. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar service providers. On the positive side, the staff was polite and professional when I interacted with them. Overall, while they did get the job done, there was nothing outstanding about my experience with this company.
