So I applied for a job on indeed not realizing it was through a hiring agency. I thought the position was to work at the hiring agency, but to my benefit it was not.
I worked directly with Sergio and he played a very key role in my entire hiring process. He is very good at checking in with you to ensure everyone is on the same page, he gave me some GREAT interviewing tips that I think really helped me stand out as an applicant, and really did seem to go above and beyond in helping me secure what I hope will be a long term career with another company.
The experience was like no other agency I've worked with. They are not pushy, and truly seem to want to find what is the best fit for you.
