I was interested in a Nissan Titan I had seen on the Sun Toyota website and called to verify it was still available. Spoke with Julia Harris. She asked questions to assist in making the process go smoothly and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with her the next day. When we arrived she already had the vehicle moved up front and we were able to take a test drive right away. She had also already made arrangements for the appraiser to look at my current Nissan Titan I wanted to trade in. Julia was extremely pleasant, professional and extremely customer oriented. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was simple and easy for us. She even followed up with me the following day to see how we were and told us to let her know if we had any questions or needed anything. We had an excellent experience.
