I have been a customer of Chronos Malaysia for a few years now, and I must say that their service is just average. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of good quality, their customer support can be quite slow at times. The prices are also on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Overall, not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
