I recently used the services of a publishing company for my book, and I wasn't too impressed with their performance. The overall experience was great, as they helped me with the formatting and editing of my book. However, the customer service was not up to par. There were times when I had questions or concerns, and it took quite a while to get a response. In addition, the pricing seemed a bit steep compared to other similar services. If you're looking for quality work, they do a decent job, but be prepared to wait and pay a bit more than you might expect.
