I found the eDiscovery service provided by OnPress ediscovery to be average. The software was easy to use, but there were some functionalities missing that could have made the process more efficient. The search algorithms were decent, but not exceptional. The team was responsive, although at times it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, it was an average experience.
