My experience with Eigentümerservice24 was mixed. While I did find their website vermiete-selber.de to be user-friendly and the selection of rental properties was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and there were some issues with the property that were not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
