Working as an adjunct faculty member at Nassau Community College has been a fantastic experience. I feel valued and supported by my colleagues and the administration. The college provides a positive learning environment for both students and faculty. The only improvement I would suggest is increasing the pay and job security for adjuncts. But overall, it's an amazing place to work!
