As a customer, I had an average experience with Kunsthistorisches institut in florenz – max-planck-institut. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that the information provided could have been more in-depth. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of resources. Overall, it was an alright experience.
