I have been availing the services of Forest Beach Association for a while now, and I must say, they have been doing a commendable job. The staff is always polite and helpful. The website is user-friendly and visually appealing. The addition of emojis on the website adds a nice touch. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of response time and customer support. Overall, I would rate them as good.
