I recently engaged with this consulting firm and found their services to be average. While their website offered a good range of services, the execution and follow-through were lacking. The communication was somewhat inconsistent, and I felt that the team struggled to fully understand and address my unique needs. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but there was room for improvement in their approach to client interaction. Overall, I believe there is potential for this company to enhance their customer experience and delivery, which would elevate their standing in the industry.
