I recently engaged with this architectural firm to redesign my office space. The initial communication and concept discussions went smoothly, and I appreciated the team's creative ideas. However, as the project progressed, I found some inconsistencies in the proposed timelines and deliverables. The level of attention to detail also seemed lacking at times, which led to a few revisions. On the positive side, the final design did capture the essence of what I had envisioned, and the overall quality of the work was satisfactory. I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of project management and keeping clients updated on progress. In conclusion, while the end result met my expectations, the journey to get there could have been smoother.
