I have contacted this company three times after so...

I have contacted this company three times after someone stole money from my son through the Roblox platform. The platform is not secure. They said they would be closing March 2020 but they are still taking money from credit card sales etc..... If you operate a platform and allow stealing and other various methods of cheating, then the operators in turn are the real thieves to allow such behavior. If you cannot operate your platform correctly, shut it down. Chaos is no way to operate a business! No problem, we will never let another dollar hit your servers if we can help it. Operating theses companies in the shadows where you can never actually talk to someone or fix anything is disturbing.
