I recently ordered furniture from this website and my overall experience was average. The website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected and there were some delays in communication. The quality of the furniture was decent for the price, but there were a few small damages. The customer service was responsive, but it took a while to get a resolution for the damages. The return process was hassle-free, though, and I received a refund promptly. I appreciate the effort that Fads put into resolving the issues, but the overall experience was not outstanding. I would consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I would be more cautious and double-check the product upon delivery.
