Very unreliable, promises r.e. phone calls not kep...

Very unreliable, promises r.e. phone calls not kept several times, receipt of emails and messages denied, poor communication with opposing solicitor, had to go in, in person to get something done more than once.
(On behalf of my elderly mother who is not computer literate)
