Not a premium brand! Car went in for service after they had been told what was wrong - they didn t have the parts so had to take it back a second time. 7 months later fault has come back. Despite 5 phone calls and 2 emails since October they won t or can t confirm what repairs they did in February so I don t know if they replaced the part or not. You get left on hold, people (or the phone system) hangs up as the call sounds as if it s being answered and emails must go into a black hole as I haven t yet had a reply.
