I had a terrible experience with Official Towing. Their technician arrived late, and when he finally showed up, he seemed inexperienced and struggled to fix the issue with my car. It took a lot longer than expected, and the whole process was frustrating. I ended up having to call another towing service to get the job done. I would not recommend Official Towing.
