I had a mixed experience with Essentially Yours. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was average. I appreciate the prompt responses from the support team whenever I reached out with queries. However, the product I received did not meet my expectations. The packaging was damaged, and the product itself felt cheaply made. I hope Essentialy Yours can improve their quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
