I'm spoiled, yes. I didn't have much interaction with staff so cant rate. The resort is very, very dated. Seriously in need of at least a low budget interior design. The building is old but the suites felt old. One of our bath tubs was clogged, but that was the only unsanitary item I encountered. Bed very basic..not comfortable. Cable was exceedingly basic and No Netflix. Otherwise, the basics were provided and were clean.
