I've been a customer of Top Hat Money for a while now, and I must say, their service is average. While the website is easy to navigate and the rates are competitive, I've had a few issues with their customer support. The response time is quite slow, and sometimes I have to wait for days to get a resolution. Overall, it's an okay company.
