My tax problems were resolved with NTC's help. Had a hard time resolving them on my own, I would wait for hours just to contact the IRS, good this, NTC answers their phone calls right away. I told them honestly what my issues were that needed to be resolved with the IRS. Pretty much I gave them the documents and information that they needed and then they took care of the process. Glad I hired them, such a save of time.
